A total of 9 families and 21 insect species belonging to these families were identified with the designed insect pheromone traps system. Overall, 82% of captured insects were alive. Also, it was observed that the captured dead insects were kept their physical integrity. The data obtained in this study showed that the newly designed pheromone system can be used successfully for capturing live insects. On the other hand, this new system provides us to observe captured insect's biology as well as use the material and equipments to support their longer survival. Generally, with this newly designed system, it will enable live insect to be collected and followed during conducting some biological and entomological studies in the nature.trinfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessInsect collecting cagewood pestScandinavian type three funnel trapIntegrated Pheromone Trap System for Collecting Pests: Insects Collecting CagesArticle194355361N/A
