There were no statistically significant age differences between the patients and control subjects. PTA results were significantly elevated for PD patients in 4,000 and 8,000 Hz (P < 0.05). Parkinsonian patients showed significantly increased latencies in wave V and I-V interpeak latencies (P < 0.05).
