The universe of the research is composed of the managers of automotive business dealers operating in Duzce and Sakarya provinces. Quantitative research method was used as a method, the data were obtained by the survey collection technique and 185 questionnaires were evaluated to be used in the analysis of the research. As a result of the factor analysis conducted to examine the structure of the variables, three-dimensional structures related to competitive behavior styles and elements of strategy execution were obtained. As a result of the regression analysis conducted in order to reveal the interaction between variables, it was determined that collaborative competitive behavior, one of the dimensions of competitive behavior, positively affected all of the strategy execution dimensions. Aggressive competitive behavior, on the other hand, was observed to positively affect only the structural adjustment dimension among the strategy execution dimensions. Finally, it was determined that defensive competitive behavior has no significant effect on any of the strategy execution dimensions. In addition, important findings were obtained about which strategy execution elements are more related to which competitive behaviors.tr10.30798/makuiibf.800970info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessCompetitive BehaviorStrategy ExecutionAutomotive CompaniesCompetitive AdvantageManagersTHE IMPACT OF COMPETITIVE BEHAVIORS ON STRATEGY EXECUTION: FINDINGS FROM THE AUTOMOTIVE SECTORArticle81256287WOS:000634787300013N/A
