Myocardial bridging of obtuse marginal branch of the left circumflex artery associated with congenital corrected transposition of the great arteries

Congenital corrected transposition of the great arteries was detected on echocardiography. Coronary angiography revealed myocardial bridging on the obtuse marginal branch of the left circumflex coronary artery.
