In the research, it is used general screening model and the target population of the study consists of 380 school principals who held office in central primary schools in the provinces of Sakarya, Kayseri and Bolu during the academic years 2012-2013. It is used Opinion Scale Regarding Inclusion and information form as a data collection tool.
