Weakness can affect many muscles. Some can be hereditary, while others can be acquired. In hereditary neuromuscular diseases, consanguineous marriages pose a significant risk. Acquired neuromuscular diseases can arise from various reasons. The primary goal in all these diseases is to identify and start early treatment if there is a treatable cause that has led to the disease and to improve the quality of life through stabilization of the disease with rehabilitation programs. © 2025 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessMyopathyNeuromuscular DiseasesNeuromuscular Junction DiseasesNeuropathyDiseasesNeuromuscular RehabilitationNeurophysiologyMyopathyNeuromuscular DiseaseNeuromuscular Junction DiseaseNeuromuscular JunctionsNeuropathyPeripheral Nervous SystemQuality Of LifeRehabilitation ProjectsMuscleNeuromuscular diseasesBook Part4334462-s2.0-105012703616N/A
