In this context, ten IR teachers who are tutoring in schools located in the city center of D. and fifteen nbsp;of their tutees heve been interviewed. The answers have been analysed within the determined frame of general nbsp;views, the perceived benefits, the obsrved benefits, the acquisition, the contribution to academic success. The nbsp;consolidation outside of school, the participation of family and the contribution to academic success. As regards nbsp;to the result of the research, it has been determined that the teachers who give these lectures and their students nbsp;agree that they benefit from the acqusition that are provided by robotic and coding lessons such as, problem nbsp;solving, creative thinking, numerical thinking, additive studying, systematic and analytic thinking and designing. nbsp;Additionally it has been determined that participation of family and the consolidation out of school has a nbsp;significiant contribution to robotics and coding lessons. In accordance with the results it has been determined nbsp;that especially in numerical branches the students and teachers of robotics and coding agree that student's nbsp;academical success enhances through these lessons.Araştırmanın amacı robotik ve kodlama dersi alan öğrencilerinin ve dersi veren bilişim teknolojileri nbsp;öğretmenlerinin robotik ve kodlama dersi hakkındaki görüşlerinin belirlenmesidir. Bu kapsamda, D. il nbsp;merkezinde bulunan okullarda robotik ve kodlama dersi veren on bilişim teknolojileri öğretmeni ve on beş nbsp;öğrenci ile görüşülmüştür. Elde edilen yanıtlar belirlenmiş olan; genel görüşler, algılanan fayda, gözlenen nbsp;fayda, kazanımlar, okul dışında pekiştirme, aile katılımı, akademik başarıya katkı temalar çerçevesinde analiz nbsp;edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; dersi veren öğretmen ve öğrencilerinin, robotik ve kodlama derslerinin nbsp;öğrencilere problem çözme, yaratıcı düşünme, sayısal düşünme, verimli çalışma, sistematik ve analitik düşünme, nbsp;tasarlama gibi kazanımlar sağladığı görüşünde oldukları belirlenmiştir.
