Çalışmada öğrencilerin psikolojik sermayedüzeylerini ölçmek için Luthans ve arkadaşları (2007) tarafından geliştirilen ve Çetinve Basım (2012) tarafından Türkçeye uyarlaması yapılan "örgütsel psikolojik sermayeanketi" kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın örneklemini Düzce ilindeki lisans öğrenimini görentoplam 134 sağlık yönetimi bölümü öğrencisi oluşturmuştur. Değerlendirme sonucunda,psikolojik sermaye alt boyutları ile öğrencilerin yaş ve cinsiyet değişkenleri arasında anlamlıbir ilişkinin olmadığı ortaya çıkmıştır. Çalışmada öğrencilerin psikolojik sermayealgıları, sınıf türü değişkeninde anlamlı farklılık göstermiştir. Bulgular, birinci sınıf öğrencilerininesneklik puanlarının ikinci sınıflardan daha yüksek olduğunu göstermiştir.The main aim of this study is to determine the university students’ psychological capitallevel and explain the differences among students’ psychological capital level accordingto demographic variables. In this study, “organizational psychological capital scale”which is developed by Luthans et al (2007) and which adaptation to Turkish is madeby Çetin and Basım (2012) is used to measure psychological capital level of students.The sample of the study consists of totally 134 undergraduate students studying at thedepartment of health management in Duzce.. As a result of evaluations, it was found thatthere was no collerations between age/sex and dimensions of psychological capital. Inthis study, students’ perceptions of psychological capital showed significant differences attype of class variable to resilience.
