We report a 39-year-old man with superficial gastritis and Helicobacter pylori infection who also had gastric, duodenal and colonic micropneumatosis. Endoscopic biopsy after treatment for H. pylori gastritis showed no micropneumatosis in gastric, duodenal or colonic mucosal sections.
