Göksoy, Süleyman2021-12-012021-12-0120209783631811955; 9783631803417https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12684/9970Purpose: The present research aims to determine the school environment and conditions (school culture and climate) which cause the positive and negative experiences of the educators in the educational organizations in the light of the opinions of the educators. Method: The research has been carried out with qualitative research method and phenomenological pattern has been used. Criteria and maximum diversity sampling techniques from purposeful sampling methods were used in determining the study group. Findings: The study group was gathered through the recording of interviews with 29 educators (4 kindergartens, 7 primary schools, 7 secondary schools, 8 high schools, 2 guidance research centers and 1 district director of national education) working in formal educational institutions. After interviews with semi-structured interview questions were carried out, the views of the participants were noted. The views of the educators were coded as Trainer A), Trainer B). The data obtained from the interviews with the educators were subjected to content and descriptive analysis. The data were tabulated and interpreted by separate categories. Results: As a result of the research; the educators were attempted to identify the positive and negative supervision experiences they had experienced in the course of their professional life, personal and professional reflections of their positive and negative experiences and the conditions of the school which cause positive and negative supervision experiences of the educators. © Peter Lang GmbH.
