Material and Method: The universe of this descriptive study consisted of 220 Family Physicians and Family Health Personnel, working in 110 Family Health Centers in Duzce. As evaluation tools; Socio Demographic Data Form, Internet Addiction Scale (IAS), Eysenck Personality Questionnaire - Abbreviated Form (EPQ-A) were applied. Results: The total prevalence internet addiction among Family Physicians and Family Health Personnel working in Family Health Centers in Duzce was found as 11.3% (n=23). Of these, 10.8% (n=22) were "probable addicted" and 0.5% (n=1) were "addicted". There was no significant relationship of gender, occupation, family type, educational status, living place, income status, and hobby or sports activity on Internet addiction. But there was a relationship between internet addiction and marital status (chi(2) = 5,731, p=0.017). Internet addiction levels are varies between smokers and non-smokers (chi(2) = 6,074, p= 0,014). When the personality traits were examined, the neuroticism (EYN) differed significantly in "internet addicted" and "nonaddicted" groups. Conclusion: In this study; alcohol use, smoking and Internet addiction status were found higher in males.
