The ship probably sank succumbing to hidden shoals near the coastline. The cargo consists exclusively of Eastern Sigillata A plates and bowls and can be dated between the Late Hellenistic and the Early Roman Imperial period. In this context, it is one of a rare class of shipwrecks of which the cargo consists of a clearly defined ceramic class. This trade ship's wreck lies with its thousands of plates and bowls located both in the rocky and sandy areas and below the seabed at a depth of 38-46 m.en10.1007/s11457-023-09361-8info:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessEastern Sigillata APlatesBowlsShipwreckAntalyaAdrasan Eastern Sigillata A Plate ShipwreckArticle1822372532-s2.0-85161866204WOS:001008410300001Q1N/A
